Labels
In the past I’ve moved so many people that have not labelled there boxes which does not seem too much of a crime but when I’m loading the boxes into the new home the customer would usually stop me every time I enter through the front door to have a peek inside each box to see where it belongs which can make the move a lot longer than it should be so I would always advise labelling the boxes with either a list of content or the room it belongs in which makes the job a lot easier then that will free up the customer to get on with other task they may have get on with.

Bubble wrap
Bubble wrap that lovely plastic sheet with little pockets of air it’s great for fragile items also great for stress relief having said that don't let children play with the whole roll because when you come to use it to protect your precious mirror that was given to you by granny its most likely there will be no bubbles left for cushioning then it will be just wrap not bubble wrap it maybe a good idea to buy a bit more than you need it will keep them quiet for a while. It is brilliant stuff its ideal for glass items mirrors, glass TV units. Small delicate items should be bubble wrapped and placed in a cardboard box as well.

Double Wall Boxes and Sinlge Wall Boxes
When you’re choosing you boxes for moving house there are
lots of different sizes to choose from and different thickness usually single
wall or double wall. The single wall boxes are ideal for light items but
not ideal for stacking in transit or storage for long periods of time as the
usually collapse but personally I would go for the double wall as they are a
lot stronger and good for stacking.

Packing Tapes
There is a wide range of packing tapes available
for sealing your packing boxes up with when moving house there is
brown parcel tape clear parcel tape and pre printed tapes such as, fragile
this way up or caution very heavy and lots more to choose from. Also when you purchase your tape it’s a good
idea to also purchase a tape gun/dispenser it’s quicker than keep using
your teeth and then trying to find the end of the tape each time. Check out the amazon link below
